We partner with schools, camps, and churches to meet the needs of our community.

  • We are experienced and skilled in developing crisis-response plans for agencies serving children and adults. If your school, camp, or church is facing an expected challenge, we can partner with you to develop a strategic, step-by-step plan to manage and respond while continuing to support those you serve.

Our team is trained in several evidence-based interventions that prevent and reduce trauma symptoms after a crisis. We are able to facilitate processing individually or in a group setting for children, adults, and/or staff during or after a crisis. You may benefit from crisis support if you are navigating the following:

    • Someone in your community has experienced traumatic illness, injury or death

    • There has been misconduct (abuse, grooming, bullying, harassment, etc) or a breach in safety that has impacted your community

    • Your community has endured or witnessed a traumatic event, including a natural disaster, accident, fire, etc.

    • Your community has experienced or witnessed violence or ongoing fear of harm

  • Our team is experienced and skilled in developing and implementing policies to protect the vulnerable people we serve. We can partner with you to create or review your policies and procedures to ensure you are as safe as possible in preventing and responding to abuse, assault, bullying, violence, and other common violations of safety.

Our team is also available to train and regularly meet with your team to ensure the policies continue to meet the needs of your community.

  • We provide evidence-based coaching to support your team in developing the skills to support the unique needs of your children and promote healthy, secure attachment. Our team can work directly with leadership at an organizational level, with team members who are directly providing care, or with individuals and families in your community needing additional support.

We offer classroom/environment observation, as well as support for caregivers and team members in developing skills and strategies to best support those in your care. This may include":

    • Addressing challenging behaviors

    • Classroom or group management strategies

    • Tailored support for individuals with disabilities or unique needs

    • Supporting your team and individuals/families who are navigating a challenge or crisis (divorce, illness/death, abuse, significant transition or fear, etc)

Our strategies are rooted in research and designed to support healthy attachment, emotional regulation, and the ability to access higher-level reasoning and learning.

  • Our team has extensive experience in working with agencies providing direct services to individuals and families. We are trained in specific areas of expertise and can extend this training and support for your team. Topics and focus areas include:
